Lyon make Disasi contact - Soccer News
"According to L'Equipe, Olympique Lyon have made contact to enquire about the possibility of signing Axel Disasi from Chelsea in January, on loan for the remainder of the season. Lyon head coach Paulo Fonseca is apparently worried about losing both Clinton Mata and Moussa Niakhate for the upcoming African Cup of Nations. Therefore, apart from seeking to seal a deal to bring in Real Madrid forward Endrick on loan, the club are looking to reinforce the centre-back department of the squad as well."
"Meanwhile, Disasi has no place in the Chelsea squad at the moment and that doesn't seem likely to change under Enzo Maresca. He hasn't even made the bench this season in any competition, let alone played any minutes. The Blues are said to be determined to part ways with the 27-year-old defender in January, though they would obviously prefer a straight sale to any temporary deal. The five-cap France international has also been linked with Borussia Dortmund and Besiktas."
