"We're used to it. It's private and it will remain so. There's a lot of fake news."
"You [the media] might think it's important to destabilise the players and the team, but none of that will happen. It's normal to have negotiations but it remains private, we know what we want and that's the most important thing."
"We're calm and collected, as usual. Normally, you have to deal with problems on the pitch, but right now people are trying to destabilise us off the pitch with this kind of fake news. But it has nothing to do with reality."
Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly in talks with Ousmane Dembele over a new contract as he enters the final two years of his deal and reportedly rebuffed an initial offer. Dembele has been integral to PSG's recent success, winning the 2025 Ballon d'Or and FIFA Best Award, and scored in the Trophee des Champions victory over Marseille. Injuries have limited him to 16 appearances this season, but he has six goals, four assists and created 39 chances, the third-most in Luis Enrique's squad. Luis Enrique dismissed the speculation as rumours and said negotiations remain private and should be directed to Luis Campos.
