"Speaking to the gaffer, he has outlined his expectations of me and I want to help push us forwards."
Will Forrester has signed for Leyton Orient from Bolton Wanderers on a two-and-a-half-year contract for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old made 53 appearances for Bolton, scoring once in the FA Cup, and was part of the squad that reached the 2023–24 League One play-off final. Forrester began his career at Stoke City, moved to Port Vale in 2022 where he made 38 appearances, and joined Bolton in summer 2023. He expressed enthusiasm about the club's mindset and goals and wants to help meet the manager's expectations and push the team forward. Orient sit one point and one place above the relegation zone after 24 matches and host league leaders Cardiff City at Brisbane Road on Saturday.
