La Polynormande: Nicolas Prodhomme finishes solo for sixth victory of the season

Nicolas Prodhomme broke away from a five-rider group in the final nine kilometers to secure victory at La Polynormande. This win marked his sixth of the season after a challenging start to 2025. Prodhomme's decisive move on the Côte de la Pigeonnière enabled him to create a 14-second lead, while the chasing peloton failed to organize effectively. Sandy Dujardin finished second, followed by Axel Mariault. Prodhomme expressed joy at celebrating his victory in front of family and reflected on the team's strategic preparation for the race.
Prodhomme made his move on the Côte de la Pigeonnière and quickly established a gap of 14 seconds in the final run for home.
