Kazuyoshi Miura, aged 58, has signed for J.League third division side Fukushima United FC and will continue his professional career for another year. The move marks his fourth consecutive season on loan from Yokohama FC. Miura began his career in Brazil with Santos and Palmeiras in 1986 and later played in Australia and Europe, including spells with Genoa and Dinamo Zagreb. Known as "King Kazu", he has 89 caps for Japan with his last international appearance in 2000. He has also appeared six times for Japan's futsal team and is entering his 40th professional season.
