Around 3,000 volunteers will support fan experiences, accessibility services, media operations and event logistics during the Toronto dates. The city opened a volunteer centre at Humber Polytechnic's Lakeshore Campus for recruitment, training and accreditation. Nearly 400,000 Canadians applied to volunteer in Toronto and Vancouver. Volunteers will be trained between March and May after final role offers are issued, and volunteers will collect their uniforms afterward. Volunteers will create lasting moments for World Cup attendees.
