Ciro Immobile has parted ways with Besiktas to join Bologna in Serie A after a successful tenure in Turkey. He scored 15 goals in 30 appearances for Besiktas last season. Now 35, Immobile had a distinguished career at Lazio, netting 169 goals across 270 Serie A games. He had a prolific season in 2019-20, achieving 36 goals. Although excluded from Italy's Euro 2024 squad, he previously was a part of their Euro 2020-winning team. Bologna is set to compete in the Europa League next season following their Coppa Italia victory.
