Harry Kane on his super DFB-Pokal goal for Bayern Munich
"It's one of my favorites. It's a mixture of good finishing technique, instincts of my surroundings...it was nice,"
"I'll probably try that 10 more times, it might not come off the way it did tonight...but it was a nice goal to score."
"a bit of an English talking-to"
Harry Kane scored twice to help Bayern Munich to a 4-1 win over FC Köln in Cologne during a midweek DFB-Pokal tie. The second goal came in the 38th minute, a calm turn and chip into the top corner two minutes after Luis Díaz's equalizer that arguably should have been disallowed. Bayern regained control by half-time after a chaotic opening phase. Fatigue affected FC Köln after the break, allowing Bayern to extend their ascendancy. Assistant coach Aaron Danks provided focused set-piece coaching described as a "bit of an English talking-to."
