Hampton and Donnarumma win Fifa goalkeeper awards
"for the belief in me this year"
"With club and country, we have achieved so much and there is still much more for us to go and get,"
"To the fans, both club and country, your support doesn't go unnoticed."
"We hear you cheering every single game loud and proud and it helps push us on to go and get the win for you all. So, thank you very much."
Hannah Hampton, 25, was named Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper after helping Chelsea secure a domestic treble and England defend the Euro 2025 title. Hampton started every game at Euro 2025, including the penalty shootout victory over Spain in the final, and played in all Chelsea matches during an unbeaten Women's Super League season. Hampton won the Golden Glove with 13 clean sheets. Hampton thanked England manager Sarina Weigman and Chelsea boss Sonia Bompastor "for the belief in me this year" and expressed gratitude to club and country fans. Gianluigi Donnarumma won the men's award after playing a key role in Paris St-Germain's first Champions League triumph before joining Manchester City.
