Craig Gordon, 42, says he is ready to start for Scotland in upcoming World Cup qualifiers despite being second-choice at Hearts and missing club action after a neck injury. Alexander Schwolow joined Hearts over the summer, further limiting Gordon's club minutes. Gordon debuted for Scotland in 2004 and last played in March’s 3-0 defeat by Greece, whom Scotland beat 3-1 more recently.
