Nicole Kozlova headed Glasgow City ahead late in the first half to give the visitors a 2-1 aggregate lead. Sporting applied early and late pressure, forcing City goalkeeper Lee Gibson into several saves and dominating portions of play. Telma Encarnacao equalised late in normal time and then scored again in extra time to put Sporting ahead. Carla Armengol added a second extra-time goal to seal the victory and settle the tie.
