Former Limerick star Seamus Flanagan takes first steps into management with Tipperary club
"Séamus Flanagan has wasted little time moving on since parting ways from the Limerick senior set-up with the five-time All-Ireland SHC winner set to take over Tipperary premier intermediate hurling side Boherlahan/Dualla. Flanagan, an All-Star forward in 2021, was surprisingly omitted from John Kiely's Treaty squad for the coming year on the back of a frustrating season which saw him get very little game time."

Séamus Flanagan will take charge of Boherlahan/Dualla, the Tipperary premier intermediate hurling side. He parted ways with the Limerick senior set-up and moved on quickly to the club role. Flanagan is a five-time All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship winner and received an All-Star as a forward in 2021. He was omitted from John Kiely's Limerick squad for the coming year after a frustrating season in which he received very little game time. The move signals a transition from inter-county playing toward club-level management and the injection of inter-county experience into Boherlahan/Dualla's preparations.
