Nottingham Forest secured Oleksandr Zinchenko on a season-long loan from Arsenal, adding a midfielder with 145 Premier League appearances and 41 Champions League games. The 28-year-old has four Premier League titles and featured in Manchester City's FA Cup wins across four consecutive seasons. Zinchenko moved to England in 2016, had a loan spell at PSV, enjoyed five successful years at Manchester City, and joined Arsenal in 2022, making 91 appearances. Forest also signed Dilane Bakwa on a five-year contract and Brazilian defender Cuiabano on a four-year deal. The club completed 12 summer signings and will host European football at the City Ground for the first time in 30 years.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side have also landed the permanent signings of Dilane Bakwa and Brazilian Cuiabano from Strasbourg and Botafogo, respectively. Bakwa has put pen to paper on a five-year deal, with defender Cuiabano has signed a four-year contract. Forest have enjoyed a busy summer ahead of their 2025-26 campaign that will see them host European football at the City Ground for the first time in 30 years, with the Tricky Trees landing 12 signings overall.
