We need to improve."
"Tonight was a great opportunity for us to progress in a cup and give ourselves an opportunity to that success - and to let it slip is hugely disappointing. But it doesn't change anything - we understand some of the things we have to work on."

Nottingham Forest lost a third‑round Carabao Cup tie to Swansea after conceding two stoppage‑time goals to lose 3-2. Igor Jesus put Forest in control with two first‑half goals, but Cameron Burgess pulled one back and Zan Vipotnik levelled before Burgess scored again to complete the comeback. Manager Ange Postecoglou said players became too comfortable, missed chances and suffered from a couple of adverse decisions. Forest conceded three goals in successive matches under Postecoglou. The manager noted some promising performances but stressed that elimination is disappointing and that the team must improve and heed warning signs.
