"He scores, he runs, he's very complete. His performance was sensational,"
"Three goals, the first one very important, gave us confidence. He has it all: he's dynamic, he has speed."
Fermin Lopez scored a first career hat-trick as Barcelona defeated Olympiacos 6-1 in the Champions League, scoring two first-half goals and a third later in the match. Ayoub El Kaabi converted a penalty for Olympiacos and Santiago Hezze received two yellow cards and a sending-off. Lamine Yamal and Marcus Rashford also scored, with Rashford netting a brace. Lopez became the first Spaniard to score a Barcelona Champions League hat-trick and the youngest Barca player to score more than once in the competition since Neymar. Lopez's treble came from 0.7 expected goals and four shots, all on target, and he completed 29 final-third passes. Barcelona scored six Champions League goals for the first time since March 2017, providing a confidence boost ahead of the Clasico with Real Madrid.
