Bayern Munich's youth teams remained on winter break while playing friendlies and tournaments to retain match fitness. Bayern II drew 0-0 with SGV Freiberg, integrated U-19 graduates Deniz Ofli and Maycon Cardozo, saw Grayson Dettoni later loaned out, and welcomed Mudaser Sadat back from Austria; Guido Della Rovere was demoted to the U-19s. Bayern II's competitive season restarts on February 20 against SpVgg Unterhaching. The U-19s drew 1-1 with SV Ried with Della Rovere scoring and defeated TSV Grünwald 4-0, with their season resuming on February 8.
