Bayern Campus Transfer Round Up: Last transfers of the summer
"While the summer transfer window may have closed in Germany on September 1, it stayed open for a little longer in other countries. It means little to Bayern Munich's senior team, who are unlikely to sell any more players of an already thin squad, but for Bayern's youth players it meant some late opportunities to get some good moves to further their development. Three more youth players found exactly that:"
"Well, unfortunately Yildiz is an exception. The U-19 Turkey international was part of Bayern's youth academy since 2019 and graduated through just about every age group, but ended up caught between the U-19s and U-23s last season. The midfielder's uncertain position left him needing to act and he did, as the Bayern Campus's twitter account confirms that he found a move to Hellas Verona in the Serie A."
"Still, tendon issues rather hampered his 2024/25 season and he was not quite able to make the jump to the U-23s or really even secure regular game time with the U-19s. For the 2025/26 season, then, Sadat will be loaned out to Austria 2. Bundesliga team SKU Amstetten. So confirms Bayern's Campus twitter account. Austria's transfer window runs until September 5 and so Amstetten managed to get the signing of Sadat over the line on deadline day."
The summer transfer window closed in Germany on September 1 but remained open longer in other countries, creating late opportunities for Bayern Munich youth players. Bayern's senior team is unlikely to sell from an already thin squad, so the moves affected academy prospects. U-19 Turkey international Arda Yildiz, who joined Bayern's academy in 2019 and found himself between the U-19s and U-23s, moved to Hellas Verona in Serie A. Mudaser Sadat, hindered by tendon problems after promising 2024 pre-season appearances, will be loaned to Austria 2. Bundesliga side SKU Amstetten on deadline day. Striker Nana Gibson Adu suffered injuries that limited his 3. Liga minutes and disrupted his 2025 pre-season progress.
