Sorloth levelled 15 minutes later with a first-time finish from Llorente's cross. Giuliano Simeone put Atletico ahead in the 49th minute and Ademola Lookman extended the lead with a diving header in the 58th. Sorloth added his second after hitting the post earlier, and Edu Exposito netted a late deflected consolation. Sorloth moved to nine league goals and Simeone reached 14 goal involvements in all competitions.
