Scans on Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard indicate neither sustained long-term injuries after being substituted early in Arsenal's 5-0 win over Leeds United. Odegaard left with a shoulder problem and Saka exited with a suspected hamstring issue, though the hamstring concern is not the same leg that caused a four-month absence last season. Manager Mikel Arteta initially described Saka's issue as "significant", but subsequent reporting says both players will not be sidelined for a substantial period. Arsenal remain without Kai Havertz, Christian Norgaard and Gabriel Jesus, and signed Eberechi Eze for £60m to mitigate absences.
