Cameroon, Gabon, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo will compete in CAF playoffs to determine which nation advances to the FIFA intercontinental playoff tournament in March for 2026 World Cup qualification. The four teams qualified as the best runners-up across nine African qualifying groups. Morocco's Rabat will host the matches across three stadiums, with Moulay El Hassan and Al Barid staging the semifinals and Prince Moulay Abdellah hosting the final. Semifinals are scheduled for November 13 and the final for November 16. Seeding used FIFA rankings from October 17, with Nigeria top-ranked.
