Victor Glacier at Boyne Mountain, MI, Still Going Strong With Plans to Ski Until Memorial Day

"The resort is down to one run, Victor Glacier, which still has an 8-foot base, according to its mountain report. This weekend, Boyne was open for skiing on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Victor Glacier. The park crew set up four features at the base of the glacier and will be there until the end of the season."

"Three ski resorts will have their final laps of the 2025-26 ski season this weekend: Jay Peak, Vermont; Black Mountain, New Hampshire; and Arapahoe Basin, Colorado. That leaves just five remaining ski resorts open in the United States, including Boyne Mountain. Killington, Vermont Mammoth Mountain, California; and Timberline Lodge, Oregon, have yet to announce their closing dates, while Palisades Tahoe, California, is set to close on Sunday, May 24."
