The winter season has officially ended for Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine and Stowe in Vermont, but four ski areas in New England are still operational. Jay Peak in Vermont anticipates skiing into the weekend of May 9th, while Killington will operate weekends only after this week. Sugarbush will reopen for a final weekend on May 2nd and 3rd. Black Mountain in New Hampshire is open Friday through Sunday and may remain operational until Memorial Day Weekend.
