Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY, Opens Aerial Tram for Summer Operations from May 16

"Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR), Wyoming, is kicking off summer operations on May 16 with the reopening of its iconic Aerial Tram. launching another season of hiking, sightseeing, mountain biking, live music, dining, and family-friendly activities in Teton Village. This summer's lineup includes daily Aerial Tram operations, Via Ferrata climbing, the opening of the Bridger Gondola and Bike Park throughout June, the return of the free Concert on the Commons music series, and a new Fourth of July celebration called Red, White, and Tunes running July 3 through 5."

"Known affectionately as “Big Red,” the world-famous Aerial Tram climbs 4,139 vertical feet from Teton Village to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain at 10,450 feet in just 12 minutes. The tram delivers sweeping 360-degree views of the Tetons, Jackson Hole Valley, and the surrounding wilderness, while also providing access to hiking, trail running, sightseeing, and backcountry exploration throughout Bridger-Teton National Forest and Grand Teton National Park."

"Guests can explore the Grand Teton Skywalk, Cody Peak Lookout, and an extensive network of alpine trails accessible directly from the summit. A stop at Corbet's Cabin for its famous “Top of the World Waffles” remains one of the resort's signature summer experiences.
