"OlympicsWith the start of the Milano-Cortina Olympics just a few weeks away, Tamarack, Idaho has been gearing up for a wide array of Olympics themed events during the games. Long before the start of the games, the resort will continue to offer excellent conditions for carving out some GS turns or ripping through the bumps. In between runs, the Seven Devils Taphouse will be streaming coverage from the games every day from their start on February 6 to their end on February 22."
"The torch will be lit by local Olympian Erik 'Fish' Fisher, who is also Tamarack's Sports School Director. The party will continue on February 14, which is also the day of the Women's Dual Moguls and the Men's Giant Slalom, with Tamarack's annual night skiing party, Disco on Disco. Night skiing is already fun, but night skiing with lasers, fire, costumes, and music is even better."
Tamarack, Idaho will host a series of Olympics-themed events during the Milano-Cortina Games while maintaining excellent skiing conditions, including GS runs and bump fields. The Seven Devils Taphouse will stream daily Olympic coverage from February 6–22. On February 6, a special après ski opening ceremony will feature an ice-crafted local Olympic torch to be lit by local Olympian Erik 'Fish' Fisher. February 14 will bring Disco on Disco night skiing with lasers, fire, costumes, and music, coinciding with Women's Dual Moguls and Men's Giant Slalom. On February 15, Race an Olympian will allow anyone to compete on a dual slalom course against Erik Fisher and Cheryl Maas.
