Black Mountain will open for skiing on Saturday, November 15 at 7:45 a.m. Eastern, marking the earliest opening in its 90-year history. The resort will be the first in New Hampshire to open and among a select few in New England to open early. Opening day will be limited to Season Pass holders and Indy Pass holders. Recent investments include expanded snowmaking, guest facility renovations, and added parking capacity. Indy Pass and parent company Entabeni Systems purchased the resort in October 2024 to prevent closure and pursue a community-owned co-op model. A Regulation A filing with the SEC is underway to allow limited public share offerings that give the community a stake while maintaining effective management.
