Intuitive Surgical had acquired these properties between 2019 and 2024. Fortinet plans to develop these sites into a new South Bay tech campus. The company has invested $608.9 million total across properties in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Union City, with $383.7 million spent in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara alone. Two additional parcels owned by Olander Co. remain unbought but could complete the rectangular site assembly.
