The six-bedroom mansion in Hidden Hills West, once owned by Grammy-winning artist Stevie Wonder, is now for sale at $15 million. Wonder purchased the property in 2000 as a surprise for his then-fiancée, designer Kai Millard Morris. After their divorce in 2012, Morris remained in the home, where she raised their two sons. With the boys now grown, she is ready to sell the residence, which features luxurious amenities on a 2.59-acre estate, including an expansive family room and lavish primary suite.
He says, 'I want to show you something,' she recalled to the Wall Street Journal of the moment he took her to the home for the first time. 'He had already purchased the house.'
Located in the exclusive enclave of Hidden Hills West, the 2.59-acre gated estate boasts 11,120 square feet of acoustically enticing space, including a double-height family room.
Wonder's former spouse has continued to reside in the home ever since, raising the couple's two sons inside the elegant abode. However, now that the boys have grown up and moved out into properties of their own, she has decided the time is right to make a move of her own.
While the duo divorced in 2012, Wonder's former spouse has continued to reside in the home ever since, raising the couple's two sons inside the elegant abode.
