Actress Jane Seymour and her husband David Flynn owned the home in the early 1990s before it sold to the wife of musician Jeff Lynne for $2.8 million in 1994. Sperling acquired the property in 1996 for approximately $3 million and had previously listed it for as much as $23 million in 2009.
