Retraction Note: Crystal structures of agonist-bound human cannabinoid receptor CB1

"The authors are retracting this article to correct the scientific literature owing to issues noticed with cell-based cAMP accumulation data of mutants of the CB1 receptor in response to CB1 agonists. These data were presented in Fig. 1d, Fig. 3c, Extended Data Fig. 4 and Extended Data Table 2. The authors have repeated these experiments independently and the new data, which do not alter the conclusions of the study, are presented in a revised manuscript, which has now been published after peer review1."

Crystal structures of agonist-bound human CB1 receptor are retracted owing to issues with cell-based cAMP accumulation data from CB1 receptor mutants responding to agonists. The affected datasets appear in Fig. 1d, Fig. 3c, Extended Data Fig. 4 and Extended Data Table 2. The experiments were independently repeated and the corrected data do not change the study conclusions. A revised manuscript presenting the new data underwent peer review and was published. The retraction corrects the scientific record while maintaining the original structural conclusions.
