Publisher Correction: Psychedelics elicit their effects by 5-HT2A receptor-mediated Gi signalling
Briefly

"In the version of the article initially published, several superscript numbers were incorrectly set on the baseline: in the Gi-biased signal transduction of 5-HT2AR section, twice in the second paragraph of the Ligand recognition mechanism of 5-HT2AR section and in the panel e description in the caption for Extended Data Fig. 6, L22945.52 should have been L22945.52."
"In the panel k description in the caption for Extended Data Fig. 5, Y2545.48 should have been Y2545.58."
"In the first sentence of the second paragraph of the The mechanism of Gq-biased signalling section, the alkane chain sho"
Superscript numerals adjacent to residue annotations associated with 5-HT2AR signalling were incorrectly positioned on the baseline, producing misformatted residue labels across multiple contexts. Specific mislabelling included a Y254 residue annotated as Y2545.48 instead of Y2545.58 in an Extended Data Fig. 5 caption, and misplaced superscripts affecting L22945.52 annotations in figure captions and ligand-recognition descriptions. A technical sentence describing an alkane chain within the Gq-biased signalling mechanism was truncated and has been restored. All corrections address formatting and a truncated sentence that could obscure precise residue and mechanistic information.
