Wind-pattern analysis and review of past launches can inform planning, but chaotic factors cause each launch to behave differently. SpaceX also placed its 10,000th Starlink Internet satellite into low Earth orbit on 19 October. A small number of Starlink satellites reenter the atmosphere each day, typically one or two returning to Earth daily.
