Fieldwork Brewing will open a San Francisco location at 1 China Basin Park in the Mission Rock development across from Oracle Park, according to a liquor license application. Fieldwork operates locations in Corte Madera, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Leandro, San Mateo and San Ramon, with a Santa Rosa site forthcoming. Mission Rock is a 28-acre mixed-use project co-owned by the San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer that will add housing, office space, a park and multiple restaurants. Fieldwork has an ongoing partnership with Giants catcher Patrick Bailey that includes events, merchandise and a collaborative beer, plus a promotion offering half-off draft beer when Bailey drives in a run.
