The 2026 Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame class comprises five individuals across generations and disciplines. Jack Clark, in his 43rd season as Cal men's rugby coach, led the Bears to 30 national championships, coached 157 All-Americans, and entered the U.S. Rugby Hall of Fame in 2014. Brandon Crawford, 38, is a two-time World Series champion, three-time MLB All-Star and four-time Gold Glove winner and served as a cornerstone of the Giants' early-2010s championship dynasty. Missy Franklin and Eddie Hart bring Olympic excellence as a former Cal swimmer and sprinter, respectively. Jesse Sapolu contributed Super Bowl success and demonstrated remarkable durability despite major injuries and surgery.
