The offense started slowly and trailed 21-0 late in the first half before scoring just before halftime to begin a comeback effort. The Rams dominated early with 180 total yards to San Francisco's 50 by the end of the first quarter. Sky Moore returned a kickoff 27 yards, George Kittle converted an 11-yard fourth-and-two, and Jauan Jennings caught a six-yard touchdown from Mac Jones. Mac Jones completed 33-of-39 passes for 319 yards, three touchdowns, and a 115.7 passer rating.
