SF Urban Riders is partnering with Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center to restore and improve historic multi-use trails on hospital grounds. The project engages community volunteers to build and maintain trails, creates a destination for visitors, and provides an asset to the hospital community. The trails will integrate into the larger San Francisco trail system and provide access to wild, inviting, and educational open space.
