Next year, Pier 70 in Dogpatch will unveil Elevation Skypark, a 165,000 square-foot immersive playground designed by Elevation XR. Featuring eye-catching geodesic domes and a pyramid, the project aims to create a unique sensory experience with performances inspired by iconic music acts. Originally slated for extensive residential and commercial development, Brookfield Properties paused those plans amidst pandemic challenges, opting instead for this interim entertainment space that promotes community engagement and offers vibrant events, including raves and iconic music tributes, in a setting reminiscent of the Las Vegas Sphere.
