Bodycam audio captures an officer warning "I'm gonna shoot your dog" while ordering the owner under arrest. The owner was noncompliant, threw a plastic bottle at the officer, and the dog charged at police. Officers fired, wounding both the dog and its owner. Both survived. The department said the husky showed aggression and the owner did not comply with officers' commands.
