Tuna House emptied refrigerators and estimated at least $5,000 in inventory losses beyond lost sales. Irving Seafood Market reported tossing endless inventory and restocking on Monday. PG&E had communicated that power would return within hours, but restoration stretched into days with delayed messaging. District 4 Supervisor Alan Wong called the delay "ridiculous" and said he will press PG&E for compensation.
