PIER 39 will feature a 60-foot live Christmas tree that "comes to life" and performs every half hour from 5–10pm nightly, December 5, 2025 through January 11, 2026. The tree uses thousands of specialty lights and synchronized holiday music to create a kaleidoscope of swirling color. A tree-lighting celebration on December 4 runs 5–9pm with the tree's first performance at 6pm, roaming entertainment, carolers, games, Santa, and live music by The Death & Taxes Swing Band. Participating full-service restaurant diners receive one hour of free validated parking in the PIER 39 Garage.
