Two e-bike riders, aged 18 and 19, were seriously injured in a collision with a Daly City police officer's patrol car in Visitacion Valley. Both riders were taken to the hospital in serious condition. Emergency responders were seen treating one of the victims at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the crash.
