"According to an Aug. 19 news release from SFPD, on Jan. 27, 2015, officers responded to the intersection of Revere Avenue and Ingalls Street in the Bayview, where they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite taking her to a local hospital for treatment, she later died. Authorities were then notified that she wasn't the only victim - after arriving at Bayshore Boulevard and Oakdale Avenue, they discovered a second person riddled with gunshot wounds in the passenger seat of a car."
"According to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, court documents say that Tyree and another passenger in a Dodge pickup opened fire on a black Infiniti in the Bayview District in 2015, wounding the driver of the Infiniti and killing the passenger. A stray bullet also killed a woman standing outside her home with her family nearby, the district attorney's office said."
On Jan. 27, 2015, a drive-by shooting in the Bayview District left two people fatally shot and others wounded at intersections including Revere Avenue and Ingalls Street and Bayshore Boulevard and Oakdale Avenue. A 32-year-old woman, Maria Lourdes Soza, was killed by a stray bullet while watching her children play; a 38-year-old passenger, later identified as Dante Glenn, was also killed. Homicide investigators obtained an arrest warrant charging 34-year-old Anthony Tyree, aka Dot Diggla. Tyree was arrested Aug. 18 at a Pittsburg residence; authorities seized an AR-15 and charged him with murder, attempted murder, and firearm possession by a felon.
