In September 2025, Nizamuddin Mohammed attacked his roommate with a kitchen knife during an argument. The District Attorney's Office concluded that Allsup's actions were justified, as Mohammed posed an imminent danger to the roommate. The incident followed a history of tension between the roommates, culminating in the violent attack.
