Producers Noreen Halpern and Kevin Murphy list Hollywood Hills home for $1,195,000
"It was the first house we both fell in love with. It looks like a woodland cottage from the street, but once you get closer, it's an enormous multilevel home with a canyon view and a double lot."
"It's an amazing entertainer's home. But he is particularly struck by the grounds, which he described as 'tranquil and visually stunning, especially at night.'"
"We love the Hollywood Hills, so we're only moving four minutes away. The pair purchased bestselling biographer J. Randy Taraborrelli's 4,557-square-foot Spanish-style compound in May for $3.1 million."
Noreen Halpern, executive producer of HBO's "Hung," and her husband Kevin Murphy, an Emmy-winning writer and producer, are selling their Hollywood Hills home built in 1927. The 2,736-square-foot English country-style property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, coved ceilings, fireplaces, and a walled brick courtyard with spa and fruit trees. The couple purchased the home in 2004 shortly before their marriage and used it frequently for entertaining. They are relocating four minutes away to a larger Spanish-style compound they purchased for $3.1 million, which includes a pool and guesthouse to accommodate their expanding family.
