"Wayne, 34, is among the best-selling artists of all time with over 100 million record sales worldwide. He has won five Grammys including the award for Best Rap Album in 2009 for 'Tha Carter III.'"
Lil Wayne has sold his waterfront Miami Beach mansion for $10 million. The 15,101-square-foot property, originally listed at $18 million in 2015 and more recently at $12 million, features nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a two-story master suite with glass elevator, three-story living room windows, multiple kitchens, media room, and professional recording studio. Distinctive amenities include a rooftop skate park, shark lagoon, terraces, private dock, and three-car garage. Wayne purchased the property in 2011 for $11.6 million.
