Commission lawsuit claims from home sellers top 2.5 million

JND Legal Administration has reported that more than 2.5 million home sellers submitted claims related to major commission lawsuit settlement agreements by June 2025. The firm has engaged in extensive outreach, including sending over 100 million emails and 38 million postcards as part of their notification campaigns. These efforts included four rounds of initial notices and have established a call center for inquiries. JND invoiced over $32.7 million for their services, with $5.9 million still unpaid, demonstrating the scale of involvement in these legal settlements.
More than 2.5 million home sellers have submitted claims related to commission lawsuit settlement agreements, including those reached in the Sitzer/Burnett, Moehrl, and Gibson suits.
As of June 2025, JND has sent over 100 million emails and 38 million postcards as a part of the Realtors Settlements noticing campaigns.
JND has also set up a call center, which has received more than 25,000 calls and 30,000 emails regarding the settlements.
Between January 2024 and May 2025, JND has invoiced more than $32.7 million to the settlement fund, with about $5.9 million remaining unpaid.
