Adam Levine ponies up $32 million for Pacific Palisades home of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner
"Set on three acres of grounds, the Cliff May-designed ranch house has been a popular habitation spot for entertainment elite since Gregory Peck and his first wife, Greta, made their home there in the 1940s and '50s. Mega-producer Brian Grazer is another former homeowner. It was during Grazer's ownership during the mid-'90s that the house was updated, expanded and rebuilt."
"The low-slung house has about 8,800 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, according to tax records. Grassy fields, landscaping, a swimming pool and a guest house make up the grounds. Also on the property is an office/gym/art studio."
"Levine, 39, is the lead vocalist and guitarist for Maroon 5. The Grammy-winning pop-rock group has hits that include 'She Will Be Loved,' 'This Love' and 'Moves Like Jagger.' Prinsloo, 29, has been featured in ad campaigns for scores of luxury brands including Juicy Couture and Tommy Hilfiger."
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have sold their Pacific Palisades marital home to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo for $31.95 million. The three-acre property, originally designed by architect Cliff May, has housed numerous entertainment figures including Gregory Peck and producer Brian Grazer. During Grazer's ownership in the mid-1990s, the home underwent significant renovation and expansion while preserving its original structure and enhancing views. The 8,800-square-foot ranch features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guest house, swimming pool, and office/gym/art studio. Affleck and Garner purchased the property from Grazer approximately ten years ago for $17.55 million. Their divorce was finalized in November.
