"The Halloween Train will depart Dublin/Pleasanton Station at 5pm sharp and will take attendees to Lake Merritt Station (with no stops) to enjoy Trunk or Treat. Before the train leaves, BART will host family-friendly activities at Dublin/Pleasanton starting at 4:30pm, including a costume contest, balloon artists, and Station Agent booth trick-or-treating. There will be a special prize for transit themed costumes."
BART will operate a decorated Halloween Train departing Dublin/Pleasanton Station at 5pm on Tuesday, October 28, transporting families directly to Lake Merritt Station for BART PD's Trunk or Treat. Pre-departure activities at Dublin/Pleasanton begin at 4:30pm and include a costume contest with a transit-themed prize, balloon artists, and Station Agent booth trick-or-treating. Lake Merritt Station Plaza hosts Trunk or Treat from 4pm to 7pm with trick-or-treating around decorated police vehicles stocked with candy, carnival-style and minute-to-win-it games, prizes, treats, free caricatures, and surprises. Events are free, children must be accompanied by an adult, RSVPs are required to ride and space is limited to 225 participants.
