Michael Wynn Jr., son of former San Fernando High standout Michael Wynn, enters his senior year at St. Genevieve with aspirations of outperforming his father’s legacy. In his junior year, he showcased remarkable skills, throwing for 2,014 yards and 24 touchdowns with only one interception. The team adopted a new strategy utilizing four receivers, exploiting his athleticism, which should elevate his performance further. With confidence and experience under his belt, expectations are high for his final season, alongside exciting competitions in local high school sports across Southern California.
The younger Wynn is coming off a junior season in which the Valiants switched to using four receivers to take advantage of his athleticism.
St. Genevieve coach Billy Parra is expecting big things from Wynn, who's 6 feet, 200 pounds and gaining in confidence.
