Carl and Noelle Tsukahara are grieving the loss of their daughter Krysta, who was killed in a car crash while returning from Thanksgiving break. The couple reflects on Krysta's kind nature and talents, expressing a sense of incompleteness in their family. They are filing a lawsuit against the driver and the Cybertruck's owner to gain insight into the accident. Their attorney emphasizes the importance of the vehicle's data to uncover what happened on that tragic night, which has left the family with many unanswered questions and emotional turmoil.
"So many things. Her kindness. Her heart. Krysta was the kind of person who always put others in front of herself," said Carl Tsukahara.
"Our family is not complete," said Noelle Tsukahara about her daughter.
"We just want to understand what went down. What took place? And there are so many holes in that, and it is dreadful for us," said Carl Tsukahara.
"The lawsuit is to give us some traction in getting answers for the family," said Roger Dreyer, the Tsukaharas' attorney.
