Alina Colon, an 8-year-old girl from Manville, noticed trash in Dukes Park and decided to take action. She asked her father to help her clean up the park, and they filled two bags with trash on their first day. Alina has a history of community involvement, including fundraising for the fire department. She plans to continue her efforts by organizing a lemonade stand for the police department. Her father expresses pride in her initiative and commitment to doing the right thing.
